Wanted to wish everyone a happy and safe new year.
I'm a Dallas-based field producer and scriptwriter who's been doing a lot of work in the true crime genre over the last few years. I wrote the English-language dub script for 2016's "Shin Godzilla" and also wrote and directed "Southern Fried Bigfoot" - no, not a recipe - but a documentary about the Bigfoot legends of the American South that aired on Destination America from 2012 - 2017. I'm currently marketing "Demonicon," a horror-comedy screenplay I co-wrote with my brother. It recently won Best Texas Screenplay at the 2020 Austin After Dark Film Festival and was a Week 5 Winner in Stage 32's "That's a Movie!" Logline Contest. (A group of largely forgotten B- and Z-grade movie actors must band together, battle monstrous creatures, and survive the night when an ancient evil is unleashed at a horror film convention.
