I like acting/directing/creating/ the usual. I’ve been an emcee for a male dance review; professional wrestler; television photojournalist (25 years); worked on countless award winning shorts; & have tried so many unusual jobs. Just finished the 1st draft of my 9th spec screenplay looking for a black female writing partner to punch up this great comedy. Love all of you creatives out there!!! Keep the dreams alive & focus on finishing!! Content is King.
Hey, Tony Peterson! My name is Kay, I'm the Community Manager here at Stage 32. If you'd like to learn more about myself and the Stage32 Team, we have an intro blog: https://www.stage32.com/blog/Meet-the-Stage-32-Team Nice to meet you!
If you've got a script you're looking to collaborate with, I would highly suggest adding the logline to your profile so visiting members can quickly see at a glance what it's about: https://www.stage32.com/loglines Also, you can add "Actor" to your occupation if you are still open to receiving inquires about working in that capacity.
I’m sure you’ve already discovered the Screenwriting Lounge (https://www.stage32.com/lounge/screenwriting), but I'd LOVE for you to post in the Filmmaking Lounge! Maybe you could start a conversation about how to set yourself up to get action shots as a Photojournalist? I find the same challenge is true for documentarians in the field: https://www.stage32.com/lounge/directing
Keep in mind that these lounges are like the VIP Filmmaker's Lounges at Film Festivals, so this is where you can meet the people doing the work, get advice on anything you're working on, and/or give back to those who may need advice. We're a very supportive and encouraging community! I think you'd also enjoy my intro blog post on how to engage with the Stage32 Community:
https://www.stage32.com/blog/Find-Your-Community-on-Stage-32
Enjoy exploring the lounges, and don't forget to comment and respond to others’ posts, too! It's the best way to really connect! And, of course, feel free to reach out at any time. Cheers!
Thank you for the note. I look forward to becoming a larger part of the STAGE32 Family.

Seems like everyone on here is a former emcee for a male dance review and former professional wrestler . . . Welcome!
