I'm taking part in introduce yourself weekend with my friend Kay. I'm currently a tv writer working as a Writers' Assistant on a CW show. Anybody watching anything cool these days?
Ah, DUDE! Nick, I’m so glad you’re meeting Leah. Leah - Nick also writes horror with comedy, and he was recently optioned! He also rocks our Tuesday Table Reads and co-hosts our Pitch Practice Sessions, so definitely a great contact!
a Wifey approved script over here just dying for the right mind to say ....mmmmm...OMG!!!!!heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. lol. She made me write superhero anime right way...her name is kelly Hallman.
Well, it looks like I better start watching The Queen's Gambit, just as soon as I finish Good Girls Revolt. Oh, and hello, Leah; nice to meet a fellow business school dropout!
Hi Leah, I just finished Supernatural a few months back. Supernatural, Community, and The Office are some of my favorite shows. If you don’t mind me asking, what show are you a Writers Assistant on? My wife and I have a lot of shows we watch on The CW.
Hi Leah! Congrats on your job. I just finally went back and watched Hannibal. Definitely a strange trajectory over three seasons, haven't made a final decision.
Hi Leah Poulliot, nice to virtually meet you. The breakouts for me this later half of the pandemic were Ted Lasso, Emily in Paris and the Queen's Gambit. I just started Lupin and I haven't decided if I will continue, though many people have pushed me to give it a go so...
Watching Wandavision, just finished Cobra Kai, and now finishing the last season of Agents of SHIELD. For movies, I really enjoyed Judas and the Black Messiah, One Night In Miami, and Sylvie's Love. That's it for this month, but I'm rooting for Kong against Godzilla next month. Nice to meet you!
Karen "Kay" Ross I loved Bridgeton! It was a lovely escape right at the right time. Trying to get through all the SAG screeners now. We just started watching Mrs. America with our 12 year old daughter tonight. It's so good! I love watching her being flabbergasted at how things were. She's enthralled.
Welcome aboard, Leah! A CW show... how cool! It's great to meet you. I currently started watching "Broad City" (I know I'm a bit late to the game) and I'm loving it. Where has this been all my life?! Ha! Anything you're currently watching that you would suggest?

Yo! Community is SO GOOD! I've been holding off on Wandavision until the whole season is on Disney+ - so far I've avoided most spoilers haha

I recently watched the pilot of "Kenan" on Hulu (a Comedy show). I started watching Taylor C. Baker's cooking show ("The Great Taylor C. Baker Show" - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcGKIlaluuS4xxtEgRViyVw).

I've watched Kenan Thompson since he was on "Kenan and Kel" and "All That." The show "Kenan" was funny.
Taylor Baker works at Stage 32 (you might already know).
