I'm currently writing a new script that's science fiction, my second attempt but this time it's mostly in space. A war is going on, it's an adult version that has the feeling of Star Wars with the mixture of L.O.T.R & Alien.
( A Scout) is coming to our home today however Mom sold the house as she doesn't own it any more. I need some advice because I don't think it's right to have a film crew here to make a film as the new owner may not like the idea.
What? You are renting a house (you don't own) to a production company to use to film? That's criminal illegal in most USA states.

Make sure the prod co has valid production liability insurance.

Yeah, the new owner may not cotton to the notion; then what? Some paper work may be in order.
