Hi Stage 32 family! Hope you are all safe, happy and being productive. I'm an actor/writer/filmmaker in Brooklyn, NY. I just booked a week for a supporting role in an indie dark comedy feature film scheduled to shoot next month in Pennsylvania. I've been writing a new feature as I'm in development on another feature I wrote. I've been with Stage 32 for a while now and I love seeing everyone on here making strides in their craft and career. Onward and upward!

Hello, Johnny Zito. I am an American writer in London, where I've had three plays produced on stage. (I have also had one near sale of a screenplay in Hollywood, with names interested.) Living here 40 years hasn't made me quit America. I have a long play intended as a mini-series suitable for Netflix and the like. I hope it might interest you in some capacity, such as director, filmmaker, producer, or whatever role you might like, in conjunction, I presume, with your production company, Nora Lune. THE MESS WE'RE IN is set in country resembling the United States and concerns a presidential election stolen by a member of the political family, THE THORNS. Their ongoing coup is challenged by LOU, a 23-year old female intern with a major corporate news network. Her ally in trying to halt the overthrow of democracy is LEO, a black independent reporter and political activist, street savvy and outspoken. The corporate media gets the same treatment, as they are part of the coup. The Mess is a political comedy illustrating what political upheaval could happen some day. Or, some members of the audience might realize, it's already happened, and years ago. THE MESS WE'RE IN does a lot of that 'xplaining that has needed to be done.
