My name's Marissa, and I'm a self-published author with big, big dreams to adapt my book into a screenplay; hopefully someday it could become a real animated movie! I'm working on the script for it now. Or, at least I should be, but I took a break to introduce myself here, haha. My book is a YA fantasy tale and I'm really looking forward to learning a LOT about what it takes to mold this story into a good movie. It's definitely a passion project, but I can't help being excited.
So, how about you all? What's your passion project? Or, what's your favorite animated movie? I've always been partial to the Toy Story franchise, but I can't get The Willoughbys out of my head. Or Klaus. Both brilliant.

Awesome, I write mostly coming-of-age (I'm a champion for the "inner teenager", regardless of the actual age). Ooo, I love icebreakers! Favorite animated film? Into the Spiderverse comes to mind. But Avatar: The Last Airbender is easily my favorite animated series. Ooo, I want to see Klaus! I've heard about their animation technique and it's fascinating!
