Introduce Yourself : Lighting cameraman by Edwin Knopf

Thrilled to be here. I'm an award winning screenwriter and composer from South Africa. We are producing THE WILD COAST, a feature film, which I wrote, and which won a major screenplay contest. It also received favourable international reviews from Blue Cat Screenplay Competition and the Nicholl Fellowship in the USA. Wild Coast Motion Picture Productions will be one of the producers of the film and I am currently in the PRODUCER's MASTERCLASS Series run by Free Women Films fine tuning production skills for this project. The Wild Coast is an exciting mystery adventure film to be shot in South Africa and Mauritius about an African America woman who rises through the ranks of music teacher to saviour on a remote and wild coastline of Southern Africa. We will be pitching to Financiers, Broadcasters, Sales Agents, Distributors and other key film industry players in June/July. We are looking for a good fit Executive Producer, preferably either from North America or Europe. We will have 37% of the funding covered through South Africa's rebate system.
