Beverly calls New York City home but was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

She plans to release her book "A CITY TARNISHED" which gives a birds-eye view of widespread New York City Corruption within the various city agencies and the private companies with whom the city does business.

Beverly is calling for the closing down of the New York City Department of Investigation, the Human Resources Administration with its Division of Homeless Services plus a complete overhaul of the New York City Health & Hospitals Corporation mainly Bellevue Hospital.
She writes in detail about when the problems began, why they were allowed to proliferate, and exactly what must be done now to correct the years of abuse of everyone's tax dollars.
She is demanding more money for the NYPD to do its job properly and not to defund it.
Beverly instituted and taught a special Speech and Public Speaking Program for the Police Department.
She taught Police Officers in the 18th Precinct stationhouse now known as Midtown North.
When asked by the Chief of the NYPD to take the program Citywide, she was forced to decline because of other commitments.
"There are always a few rotten apples in any field and to not be quick to judge the entire Police Department because of them" she states.
"They do a great job and risk their lives every day in New York City which has now become a battle zone."
Many moons ago she was named Miss Times Square out of 400 entrants because of her Clean-Up program which the city adopted.
Now she wants to clean up the entire city.
