Hello! My name is Alex Gallego. I've come back to Stage32 and I've started posting a bit of my work here. I was recommended to post it here just in case anyone can be interested. I'm a freelance cartoonist, illustrator, and caricature artist.
I've been working as a freelance since 2002 in all kinds of illustration jobs but at this moment I'm more known in my area because of my caricature art (in newspapers and magazines) and my stuff is usually more appreciated in the US. I'm looking forward to creating more movie/series poster art (I've done a couple of cool assignments) in the comedy world (comedies, stand-up shows, etc.)

Hi Alex, these are great. Do I detect the influence of Mort Drucker and Al Jaffee? We are in the process of creating a graphic comic adaptation of an original one hour pilot. Our budget is tiny but if you were interested I'd like to discuss with you. Let me know and I'll send over an NDA and you can take a look at the pilot and some of our concept art, we are in early stages of a 10 page first edition.
Wow! That's very interesting! ... Let me think... I would probably say Jumanji (the new movie franchise), as I think it's an adventure/comedy movie that could use a poster like this. I would also say Bill and Ted Face the Music (I loved the cartoon series when I was a kid. I used to watch it and was awesome. I also loved the old movie).
And maybe some Deadpool movie too!! Can you imagine a Marvel movie with a cartoon poster!??? That would be awesome xDDDD. Karen "Kay" Ross
