Beware of Lorna James ROdriguez she’s nothing but an opportunistic user who will swindle you out of hard earned money if you let her. She’s an outright scammer at best. Some of us in CT are participating in what’s called the 48 Hour Film Project. She told me after paying for $16 for a “ Film Crew” t shirt I’m now accepted into the team. As soon as she sent me a text that the t shirts came in she told me she didn’t need me and blocked me on her phone and all social media. I’m still waiting for her to give me my money back. Yes I have all evidence of our correspondences. Never again, will I sign up for a project where the director tells me there’s a fee.

I'm confused: You paid $16 for a tee shirt, you got the shirt(?) and now you want your money back. Something don't add up.

no no no you misunderstood me. I never got the t-shirt nor the job. She just took my money and did the absolute cop out saying she suddenly doesn't need me for the project. I had to bully her into giving m my money back. Even an acting coach with his own studio said what she did was wrong and that you have to pay to get the job that it's a scam and shes a scam artist at best. Never again will I have anything to do with her.
Hi this is a very sad post from 3 years ago that I just discovered. I am hoping that Diane has finally gotten the help she needs as I was told by the authority to return her money because she was unstable and had been stolking other teams for years. She has been banned permanently from participating in this event worldwide. As for her $16 all the crew purchase the tee shirts they are cute. Her money was returned when I figured out her name because she lied about her name to me and gave me a different name when she first connected to me. Levin is not even her real name its Diane Martinez. I never heard of anyone being a swindled over $16 this is so laughable if it wasn't so sad. And as for acting she acted like she was stable but clearly was not...
Lady I still have the evidence that you tried getting away from ripping me off. I say never ever speak to me ever again and that any kind of relationship between us is off so get lost. By the way, if you wanted money that badly for your project you'd be smart and get a side hustle or a second job or raise a gofundme.
By the way, I do not want anyone knowing my last name for safety reasons thanks a lot for putting my safety in jeopardy. Now I have to worry about some psycho tracking me down.

Stop lying about your name and you know you got the $16 back this is so laughable and sad that after all these years you are still crying about it. Why did the company band you from particpating in any of there events for life... If you where so desperate for money I would have loaned you some, I wish you well I found the receipt from the app which shows when the money was returned to you. Lets not forget we are talking about $16.00 and I was advise to not work with you because of how you where acting with other team leads in the past. Every team was told to not work with you not just me.....Also I blocked you as advise and don't have or want your number. Naturally if you continue this slander behaviour I will have to take that into consideration. Please stop harrassing and trying to bully me on line its not acceptable adult behavior. since there is no way to block you I'm just going to ignore and not engage nor acknowlegde you! Any professional relationship we have were done! Do not call, email, text or acknowlegde me in public unless you want the police involved! Dont worry I have my own way of netwetworking and surviving in this business I dont need you! Diana, Lorna it looks like you both need to work this out on your own and settle it among yourselves. Hopefully this was just a misunderstanding or miscommunication.
