Hey guys! I’m new to Stage32, and am from Nashville TN. I am primarily an actress, in theater and film. I am passionate about my work, and love to try new things. Lately, I was looking for some new material to bring to the screen and fell in love with James P Brosnahan’s feature film screenplay First Drop of Rain-and am thrilled to announce I will be producing and directing First Drop of Rain! It is a period piece about Frances Burney, and her amazing choices that revolutionized the idea of women’s writing. I will be posting opportunities for cast and crew on here as the time comes. I hope to work with some of you, and I’m excited to join this community and to connect with other storytellers and artists! Ooo, I LOVE period pieces! How fun! I'd love for you to post in the Filmmaking Lounge (https://www.stage32.com/lounge/directing). Maybe you could share how you'll approach art direction with a period piece?
