Must be articulate, poised and emotionally mature. Our Lead needs to be willing to come out to her family/friends/colleagues on film, to share the experiences that are particularly unique to our community.

All contestants need to be willing to participate and live in one environment for the run of the show, be openly "out" and be willing to find the love of their life.
