Hi, everyone! I'm a longtime writer/producer of web series and comedy videos, and my first produced screenplay is coming out this year! It stars Corey Feldman and Jeffrey Combs. The EP retained me to write several sequels as well.
I'd like to build on this momentum to get more of my work represented, optioned, bought, or produced, and Stage 32 seems like the perfect place. I have feature screenplays and comedy pilots for all budgets. I live in New York and work for Discovery Channel. Let's talk!

Great to meet you, Jason Ginsburg, and welcome to the community! Wow, congrats on the success of your produced screenplay, that's awesome! What screenplays are you working on now? Don't forget you can add your loglines to your profile so that visiting members can more easily ask you about them.
Have you pitched any of your other projects to executives here on Stage 32? Definitely reach out to our Director of Script Services, Jason Mirch, who is excellent at matching projects with potential executives (or maybe managers, in your case): J.Mirch@stage32.com

Thanks, Karen "Kay" Ross -- I've just reached out to my fellow Jason :-) I used to live in Valley Village myself, at Chandler and Colfax. Is that Taco Bell next to the donut place still there?
The film that got produced is very low budget. We thought it would just stream on Amazon Prime but then ITN said they would distribute it, so maybe it will actually be in theaters. The producer hired me to write 3 sequels set in the same fantasy universe. The second one is shooting now and stars Michael Madsen.
I'm on the fifth draft of UNEXPLAINABLE, a spooky comedy. I just posted the logline, since I think it's in pretty good shape to show to industry folks. If I can be of any service to your projects, feel free to reach out. I do work in TV here in New York -- but in unscripted, the one place they DON'T need scripts!

Yes, to the Taco Hell LOL Ummm... a film you wrote now starts Michael Madsen?!? That is so frickin' cool!
Awesome for your spooky comedy - have you pitched to any Stage 32 executives before? That would be the most direct way to show industry folks, but there are plenty who hang out in the lounges and respond to DMs as well. Definitely reach out to our Director of Script Services, Jason Mirch, who is excellent at matching projects with potential executives (or managers, in your case): J.Mirch@stage32.com
Yeah, I'd love that! And I totally understand. I started my TV career in DC with true crime docu-dramas. Not a lot of writing there either ;-)
