I am from Ampthill in the UK! A flying club is where pilots learn to fly and increase their skills by doing more advanced training. In the UK, a flying club generally has a bar where pilots meet to socalise. Read my 'Learning To Fly' and subsequent books to experience the fun and frolics of an English Flying Club.
