Package, Pitch for Creative Exec at a major Studio

Hello team:

I have a shot of meeting with creative exec at a major studio who I've never met in the past....of course to pitch my script. Has anyone gone to these meetings with more than a presentation/pitch deck & 30 minutes? If deck is all you had, can you be kind enough to point me to a template or a sample? I would assume the deck has to be jazzy with some hard metrics like comps, BO Revenue, ancillary revenue, etc.
