Stage 32 offers a wide variety of pitch sessions - perhaps you could narrow down the people to pitch to by the genre of your story? Then order a session, and pitch!

attach a known person like an actor, or a big wig showrunner and then approach buyers... or be the main actor who also writes. Thats how Issa Rae, Michela Coel, Natasha Lyonne, P Waller-Bridge made their shows. Corporate Employers - streamers- are notoriously cheap and if someone can write, direct, act, it's one salary versus paying three.
