What you got? I lived in San Francisco at the time and was a friend with one of the detectives on the Zodiac case - if that's where you're going.
I can’t know exactly what was in Tim’s mind. But, you want someone to teach you to write (basically) while helping you tell your story. But they have to be professional, which means they get paid to write. But as a co-writer you wouldn’t be paying them.
So they do the work, for what, half? It will be their experience and rep that sells it.
As you grow as a writer you will come to the realisation that ideas have no value. People with ideas love them and value them highly, but they hold the least value in the entire process.

Kimberly Sturgell The video is just a collection of images. I found a synopsis of your story on another site, but it isn't very clear. I assume part of the story is that you are a secret lovechild of one of the Kennedys. What I don't understand is what the Zodiac has to do with it.

Kimberly Sturgell No, I don't think we've ever met. I listened to part of the podcast you posted. So, Darlene, one of the Zodiac's victims, was your bio-mom. You believe that your bio-dad was the Zodiac. So far so good. Do you have some sort of documents and/or DNA to establish that Darlene was your mom?

You could simply do a story about Darlene and her weird relationship with the marine, and build up to the suggestion that he was the Zodiac etc.
If you listened to the Merchant Marine theory by Black box radio , the comments in there are a good thing to read. I fill in what he didn’t. Until I find the right person to help me I am only telling the surface of things about my story . The thing is , my story is very true and is holding water from my research . I have researched this inside & out. I’m the type of person that if only 99% of the story that I feel is true I still won’t come forward . I need it to be 100% before I came forward . I’m just not the best writer and need help on it. The story is HUGE/ A MONSTER ..! For it being my very first screenplay or anything I have ever wrote, figures I’d get something like this ! Writing it alone has been hard . I do have the story written out . However , like I already said , I need someone to help me. Period . So if you are interested in helping me and not just want to know the story and then be gone , then let’s do this and get it told —
