I just won Best short #Screenplay from A Night of Horror (ANOH) Film Festival. The physical trophy just arrived from Sydney: What happens now? What're the next steps?
I won some other festivals as well and although I've met wonderful people, nothing seems to happen.

It's a great feeling, isn't it? Enjoy it (: Use it to build your confidence (you are now an award winner filmmaker!) and keep working as hard you can in every new project. The awards will draw attention to your works, but your works will be what really sticks to your audience. Congratulations!
Catarina De Cèzanne Nothing happens usually after you win an award for your scripts. I normally do not do them because you can not really do anything with the award except put it on your resume if searching for an agent. If you want to get your script made then you have to pitch your product or send your script out to producers or executives but in the pitch, you can not tell them you won an award it is seen as disrespect.
