Composing : Seeking musical theater composers willing/able to work temporarily "on spec" by Robert D. Carver

I have more than a dozen copyrighted projects for which I am seeking collaborators. Due to the fact that I am officially retired and have only a limited income, I am unable to pay for anyone's services. However, if and when a project is optioned for commercial production, the composer and I would split the Author's Advance and ALL ROYALTIES 50-50 instead of the Dramatists' Guild standard split of 2/3 to me for book & lyrics and only 1/3 for the music.
