Hi guys, I uploaded a screenplay, 48 page TV Pilot, to my profile and I'd love to hear from you, if there's anyone here that would be interested in working with me on this project. I started writing this nine years ago as a feature, with four sequences... five features total. As the editing went on, I saw it fitted more as series. I've written the two stories for the two main characters, and I've outlined the rest. The story takes place in a fixed country in Africa, sci fi war drama, with a strong teenage female lead.
I've struggled with naming the countries/places, but it's not a big issue at this stage, can always be changed. I'm very open for suggestions/changes (within reason of course), love to share and collaborate.
I'm not native English, but my English is pretty good. My writing tends to be too formal, due to my academic past, but I'm getting better. However, I'll always get my writing edited by a pro.
The name of the series is "The Star of Dawn"
Hope to hear from you,
Take care,
Linda

Hi Linda, if you're interested, I could take a look and give you my thoughts.
Thank you James, that's very kind of you... I'd love to. You can downloaded it from my profile. I uploaded it.
Absolutely, I just downloaded it, thanks! Would you need my notes by a specific deadline?

@Linda - you might need to add more pages as network 60-minute pilots usually are 43 pages and streamers they are 55-60 pages. Wondering what your passion is behind the script since you have been working on it for close to a decade. Best of luck with it
Thanks Kacee, I wrote it first as a feature, 112 pages so I can add pages to the pilot. I wasn't sure about the length for a pilot... where I cut it, was just such a cool place to stop, for the excitement :) Thanks for the tip

James, I can't really put a deadline on you, as you're offering to help me, but whenever you can. I'm preparing to pitch

Linda Gudrunar I read your logline - how about this one to make it more concise and less wordy - A 15-year-old white girl embarks on a dangerous journey after being left for dead by rebels of the African war.
