Hi Stage32!
I came here a while back for the amazing learning resources, but failed to take full advantage of the social networking. I'm looking to build a community where we can learn and possibly collaborate!
A little bit about me: I'm an alum of the WGF Veterans Writing Program where I get direct mentorship from top working screenwriters. I'm currently in training with the Academy's Nicholls Diverse Story Analyst Workshop. I also work as a freelance Commercial Coordinator with various production companies. I also Produce and Direct web projects for various small business.
Can't wait to meet you!

Good to meet you, Tracy Thompson, and welcome back to the community! Wow, what a cool background! And I bet you have some really compelling stories as a veteran. Also, thank you for your service!
Oh, cool! What is the Nicholls Diverse Story Analyst Workshop like? Have you checked out the Stage 32 Writer's Room? I feel like you'd really enjoy meeting other dedicated screenwriters there. You can email Jason Mirch, our Director of Script Services, for a code for your first month free: J.Mirch@stage32.com
What's up for you in the new year? Is there anything of your own that you're hoping to make?
You may have already discovered the Screenwriting Lounge (https://www.stage32.com/lounge/screenwriting), but definitely check out the Filmmaking Lounge (https://www.stage32.com/lounge/directing) to meet more like-minded creatives!
Keep in mind that these lounges are like the VIP Filmmaker's Lounges at Film Festivals, so this is where you can meet the people doing the work, get advice on anything you're working on, and/or give back to those who may need advice. We're a very supportive and encouraging community! I think you'd also enjoy my blog post on how to get the most out of the Stage32 Community:

Enjoy exploring the lounges, and don't forget to comment and respond to others’ posts, too! It's the best way to really connect! And, of course, feel free to reach out at any time. Cheers!
