FLAMEWRITE ENTERTAINMENT (www.flamewrite.com) is currently developing a Sci-Fi, Supernatural, Mythology Based, Action Film Franchise Project, titled, “SHADOW SYNDICATE “GODS OF GOD” אֱלֹהֵינוּ ה' אֶחָד. A unique creative vision, with a diverse slate of film projects, spanning across multiple genres and delivering a great cohesive story with endless transmedia possibilities.
Featuring original concepts and fresh characters, creatures and worlds, and delivering tons of action, giving our project that new age action heroism that the fans love! We also pride ourselves with the fact that this franchise has a very multicultural cast in mind, as we are very keen on Diversity and Inclusion. The Action Franchise includes, Live Action, Animated Series and Video Game Development with complementing Print and Merchandising Lines.
Our team is currently in discussions with several studios and are working out all the deal points to solidify minimum guarantees and have been pre approved for a line of credit for $5mm, in which we will need a Co-Signer as a Guarantor. We are also working with companies that specialize in Product Placement, and they can bring Equity to the production through their Advertisement Clients, anywhere from $1mm - $3mm.
GUARANTOR
Wouldn't have to put any equity upfront for the production.
Will take the tax deduction from the loan for the year of 37% to 39% without spending any money.
The Guarantor will make a 15% premium on whatever is used from the line of credit for their involvement.
TALENT & PRODUCTION
Once we secure that LOC, we will make an offer to a Prominent Actor and Director.
Once we secure the Prominent Actor and Director, we would then start the presale process, so that we can move into pre production.
We would also secure any additional Equity / Partners and the rest of the cast.
Secure the Product Placement Equity.
