I opened this small topic to thank the members of stage 32, including you who are reading this message, about the evolution of techniques for writing scripts (I'm currently finishing a horror script). I started with good ideas and no idea of formatting rules.

Congratulations, Thiago! It feels good cranking out that first draft, no?

The Hollywood Standard by Christopher Riley is an excellent book to help you learn formatting rules. It takes a while to have everything sink in. And I just checked and the 3rd edition is available in paperback and Kindle.
Nayoung Jin I really appreciate your attention. I will certainly pay attention and do whatever is necessary. Thank you for your time.
Nayoung is on the money. I learned by reading scripts and playing around with screenwriting software, but I’m not going to say my way was best lol
