In my opinion, you should make reference to the legends in the log line itself, presumably those being something dark.

Hi there, Giancarlo! And agreed, I would get more specific in the logline about exactly what terrible thing awaits this couple and how it's tied to this legacy property. But, this could be a ton of fun!
