Fantastic, what a list of projects! Have you added them all to your profile as well? https://www.stage32.com/loglines

Have you put together a pitch for your screenplay as well? I would highly recommend using Stage 32's free Pitching Guidebook to help you structure your pitch, whether it is a 2-page pitch document, a 5-minute verbal pitch, or a 15-30page pitch deck: https://www.stage32.com/sites/stage32.com/themes/two/pdfs/happy-writers/...

I second Karen "Kay" Ross on this - love the work that is already put into the concept - now, what is your next intended outcome? What does "success" in this look like to you? I ask to narrow the focus of when you know you have completed the process. Is this something that you have taken through the Stage 32 pitch process? Do you feel ready for market?

Ezekiel Walker

Hi Cherelynn Baker I've pitched a few of the projects to several producers on Stage 32 and some have given quality feedback if they passed which I used to update and strengthen the pitch, I've then sent those pitches out but to date, no takers yet. My scripts are definitely ready to market though, that's why I went the screenwriting contest route first, in order to get feedback and credibility behind the scripts to make them strong as possible before attempting to pitch them.

Karen "Kay" Ross Hello and yes I've put together a few pitches and updated them as well according to the pitch guidebook and feedback provided by Stage 32 producers. The scripts are very strong according to the awards won, however, the pitches haven't yielded any results and my scripts have collected digital dust. I'm open to advice because ultimately pitching hasn't worked for me yet, even if the scripts are rating well.

Never heard of your contest wins/award companies (except roadmaps).

How come these contest companies didnt help you secure representation/meetings?

Karen "Kay" Ross

Are you writing anything new? Sometimes the best way to sell something is to let it sit while you work on other things so that it is ready when someone asks, "what else are you working on?" Unfortunately, filmmaking is not linear, and the only way to keep up with its circular nature is just to keep moving forward.

Ezekiel Walker

Karen "Kay" Ross Yes, I recently completed a new Rom-Com feature as well. I'll continue to write projects and do my due diligence to get the past scripts more visibility to producers.
