How Do I Get the Most Out of the Lounge?

I would like to meet people here but am uncertain what the best way to do that is! I'm pretty new here.

Molly Peck

Hey Kevin, great to have you in the community! Hoping my comment bumps your post to the top so more people can read it and connect with you. What are you working on at the moment?

Craig D Griffiths

I use it to discuss writing and to have my thinking changed by the insight of others.

How are you, Kevin M. Kraft? You can make posts in the lounges, and you can comment on people's posts. This will help you build relationships with people. There are a lot of resources, tips, articles, etc. in the lounges. You can take advance of them.

Wow, thanks everyone! Molly, I am working on a feature film that is based on my award-winning novella, MOMO: AN INSPIRATIONAL THRILLER. I am writing the fourth in an action-drama novel series and a creative writing book. Most recently, I've been developing pitches for a tv show and another feature based on my action-drama novels. Please tell me more about yourself.

Exchange opinions and learn stuff...coupla of guys here have some real insight IMO, so just mind the right comments...

Best way to get the most out of the lounge (and any screenwriting/filmmaking community) is to do your due-diligence. You're going to be given the most dogmatic advice and harsh criticism from people who have little to no success stories to their name. It's incredibly powerful to see that as it can stop you taking a lot of wrong turns and following those who are failing.
