Actually a good question if there is a sort of "tax credit central" site somewhere. Since I live in Greece, I can only tell you that the Greek one, which is fairly new, appears to be working well and is quite generous.
Tax credit: simply search the film commission in the location area - find out what the budget minimums then work into the budget. Good luck and have fun!
