Ellison what is the topic of your book?

The pressure of success. Tells a story of a young black girl named Allison who wants to change her life but doesn't know how or what to do her father is an alcoholic and beats her mother to death when he gets extremely drunk. Her mother is her biggest fear because she wants to change the family but can't because of all the chaos. The story is met in San Francisco a closed-up house neighborhood where she meets kyree her love she says. He kyree came from a rich family where he had anything he needed leaving Allison with nothing he also saw that she was a bright girl different from the other girls he helped her with her dream along with his businessman father and best friend Avi . Allison is really good at coming up with loads of good ideas she knew always one day she will become the best.

I am trying to figure out how to move forward career-wise in an industry where there are no clear rules and everyone must forge their own path! Sigh Writer problems.

Working on publishing some novellas; I'm going to publish each one separately then do a collection of all three. (They started out as scripts but as they were going nowhere I decided to adapt them )

Wrote a fantasy screenplay, but the industry is rather averse to those, as the scripts are long, the budget is big, and the concept doesn't just check boxes like action movies or rom-coms.
