Moved from San Diego to Los Angeles 8 years ago and have been finding myself contracted work pretty much the entire time. I had a manager for a couple of months and thought they had my best interest in mind, however, that was not the case. Currently co-writing a project with an actress repped by CAA. I’m once again seeking representation as pipeline has become filled and I could use guidance. Looking to network with like-minded creatives.

Cherelynn Baker Hey Cherelynn! I’m inspired by all the stories I’ve always wished people would write, but are lacking in the industry. Writing as many “original” stories as possible while avoiding as many tropes and refurbished themes as possible. At least that’s the hope! I have checked out the Writer’s Room, but need to utilize it more!

I just got back from a month in LA, I loved it! Attended Cinespia events, wanted to visit the screenwriter's library, but it wasn't open yet, I wrote A LOT, Hollywood Cemetery was within walking distance, it was a great experience. I do mostly dramedy, but I've done a sci-fi, (which should have more suspense in it) and thinking about a documentary or two.
