Find your learning style. Podcast vs Video for example.

There are books. Some will teach a formula. These are teaching a formula, not writing. You may find comfort in these formula.

The one thing all people will agree on is read great screenplays and keep writing.

When you first start reading screenplays. You will see the document and the movie. As you gain more experience you will begin to see some craft, like well chosen words. Then you will begin to see different aspects of craft.

Everyone learns different. If someone tells you that there is some magical formula or silver bullet, it is up to you if you believe them.
