Hi Jai! Have you tried Coverfly.com? They are a platform with tons of verified leads on submissions. And Filmfreeway.com has loads as well. Just log on and search for they type of competition you want. Happy hunting!!

It depends on what you are trying to get out of the competition. Coverfly, NetworkISA, Filmfreeway have short competitions listed. Look at the potential awards and see what you're looking for. Money to produce the short, having someone else produce it etc.
