You can capitalize on the wins by contacting producers, directors, companies, etc. and telling them you won. If you win one of the bigger contests (Academy Nicholl Fellowship, PAGE International Screenwriting Awards, Final Draft Big Break, etc.), people in the film industry see that as more impressive than if you win a smaller contest.

Ok. Thanks that is good advice. I do have a platinum Remi. As I am extremely unsure about my writing, so these awards are a good validation.

Yes I have but I think my pitches aren’t good. Am unable to convey the story in 5 minutes. Even my written pitch is bad. Lost case
