Thanks, Maurice. The humor is tongue in cheek. He has none of the dark soul searching of Swamp Thing. So even though they are both plant based characters who can grow plants, that's where the similarities end
You're welcome, Hanna Strauss. I just read your comic. Hilarious! It's unique, unlike any story or comic I've ever read. I'm looking forward to the other issues.
I read an old post on your page about the JOE PLANT screenplay. Are you pitching the script?
I decided to market the script as a comic book. I've made some plot and character changes that I thought would work better as the comic's story arc. So, if you were to read the original script, and compare it to the current story in the comic, I think it flows better in progression and I've made the general tone more consistent.. The next issue, "Adaptations" will include some other highlights gleaned from the original script as well.
I think it was a smart idea to market the script as a comic book series, Hanna Strauss. The story fits perfectly as a comic, and you have something more than just a script to show producers, production companies, investors, etc.
