When I went to Rasmussen College in Wausau, Wisconsin around 2012. I thought it would be good writing practice to work on dozens of short stories in a blog I titled- My Name's Finnegan McGregor that now may be useful in Filmmaking as insertions or maybe some storyline. Many are humorous, from my childhood or my Dad's younger, single days. Some include: I just Wanted to howl Up at the Moon Like a coyote; My drowning at Boy Scout Camp was Just the Beginning- besides blowing it up. Burger King- Be Cool Baby the Foods Coming! Click for older posts as: 1955- Exploding Ashtrays in Texas; Joe Haze-Please remember your Underwear at Pete Vanishes saloon; 1940s Hillbilly Goes to the Bank. There might be something here for your film project, also checkout my Estevan books. I have copies available.
Hey David, this is Amanda from the Stage 32 team. I just wanted to let you know I moved your post from Filmmaking / Directing to Introduce Yourself, as it fits much better there. Let me know if you have any questions, and all the best to you!
This photo is of my Grandfather from around 1900. He was an Alter boy for around 22 years and a Catholic Priest for 3 until he was persuaded off from Priesthood by the other Priests who were not respecting their vows by visiting in the evening women. Picture was likely taken in Chicago when he was a Alter boy/Priest.
Is this the currently the oldest photo on Stage 32 of my Grandfather Albert Koranda.
