A Welcome Respite From Inflation, Depression, Nuclear War, All-Trump-All-Day

Steven Leonard Stovall so-called writer, musician, magician, logician, mathematician. Working on a script with Atlantean Survivors, Nazi Flying Saucers, Far-Future Universal Constructors, and so forth

Chris Holder

Sounds like alot of fun

Ingrid Charlery

Hello my name is Ingrid and I have a book called The Strength of a Woman. I've turned it into a screenplay, pitch deck etc....I have tried my best to get an investor/ executive producer to help my story be on screens... Though it has been a challenging thing doing so, I am still hopeful ☺️

Maurice Vaughan

Welcome to the community, Steven Leonard Stovall. Your script sounds big and exciting. Is it a Sci-Fi Adventure?

Steven Leonard Stovall

It's a kind of adult's Marvel comic book movie with some very dark corners

Maurice Vaughan

Kind of like the "Watchmen" movie, Steven Leonard Stovall?

Steven Leonard Stovall

Yes! Kind of. I hadn't thought of that because for me the tone of Watchmen was off. A lot like Kingsman, which I loved. Something like Highlander too, because the main character is near-immortal but cools off his overheated soul with bouts of amnesia that can last for decades, perhaps centuries

Steven Leonard Stovall

I had worked for a few years on a Black Panther Party script. Historically authentic, including the many narcotics, the many bank robberies, the many murders.. But hey, these were heroes, many of them were killed and many of them did all day in places like San Quentin, Pelican Bay, and Marion

Robert Russo

I wrote something in the same vein. definitely a good subject for stories. Everyone has heard of Atlantis, Nazi's are cinemas best villains you love to hate, and if delivered a good Raiders of the Ark style action adventure you could really have a great story. Just stay focused on the characters, not on the sci fi.

Maurice Vaughan

Steven Leonard Stovall An adult's Marvel comic book movie/"Highlander" movie about Atlantean Survivors, Nazi Flying Saucers, Far-Future Universal Constructors, and more. Wow! I have to see that!

I saw "Panther" (1995) growing up, but I don't think I really understood it (because I was so young).

Steven Leonard Stovall

There has never been an authentic BPP movie. I had the privilege of working with Bird and Kumasi over the course of a year. Bird was a founder of the seminal Slausons, and Kumasi was Black Guerilla Family general who knew George Jackson well.. so was able to integrate all the documented history with certain "secret history" anecdotes..

Steven Leonard Stovall

** Should have said "There has never been an authentic BPP drama, IMHO.." There have been several excellent docs in recent years

Steven Leonard Stovall

Robert Russo: Actually, the whole thing came out of watching the YouTube doc "The Occult History of the Nazis".. You might say that one doc cracked the code of the 20th century for me, UFOs, Operation High Jump, Secret Space Program, even JFK :-)

Maurice Vaughan

What did you think of "BlacKkKlansman," Steven Leonard Stovall?

Chris Holder

On the subject of the Occult history of the Nazis I had a text book of the same title that claimed American Nazis really won world war 2 and that they are still in the back ground of the political system in American with the older rich families. Never seen the documentary I must give it a watch :) .

Steven Leonard Stovall

Maurice Vaughan: Hate to admit it but I haven't seen a Spike Lee since maybe Inside Man.. Call me a hater but.. When I wrote my first script, which had a heavy "Vertigo" subtext (for me Vertigo is the greatest of all films), it was right around Girl 6, which I heard also had Vertigo thing but came to find it was really just a shout-out, like he didn't really get it

Steven Leonard Stovall

Chris Holder: It really is a nexus of history.. Yes Operation Paperclip embedded them at the top of the aerospace industry and elsewhere in American society. The more interesting legend is that they became a breakaway civilization originally based in Antarctica, and that they (and the U.S. black project Military Industrial Complex) has had free energy and interstellar technology since WWII

Steven Leonard Stovall

I have a blog at resistance-existence.com which is billed as "counter-narratives for global elitest propaganda"

Chris Holder

Steven stoall I will go check out the blog sound very similar to what Dr Steven Greer has been chatting about, and very rage against machine so I'm all over that like a rash :)) . As for the free energy thing if that tried out to be true it's going to get very interesting to say the least

Maurice Vaughan

I've heard of "Vertigo," but I haven't seen it, Steven Leonard Stovall. I've been trying to watch more classics lately, so I'll check it out.

Steven Leonard Stovall

Based on a French novel "D'Entre Les Morts" it's almost a French film but in Technicolor and with James Stewart and Kim Novak. Subtexts within subtexts within subtexts..
