One of the disadvantages of the Netherlands is that it rains many days. Producing a movie can be a challenge. The nice thing about having a sister-in-law in LA is that we keep track of weather forecasts back and forth.
This week seems to be one of the rare periods when it rains more often in the "sunshine state" than in the Netherlands. ;)

Here in Oregon I love the rain in the forest. I love shooting in the rain and soft light - very moody.

Just passing by to say Hi from a neighborly Belgium :) Any lifehacks for filming in the rain btw?
Hi Anna Zabojeva I'm still exploring and don't have a solution yet..... Doug uses the rain and that's smart, I think. Especially in woods and I like it on roads
So I heard u Dutch can take up to two year leave and have a 70% salary during this time? Yea, the weather better suck over there...nature had to find a way to punish you somehow :))
;) Hi Kiril, that would be nice but unfortunately that’s not common. Maybe a few happy employees with great contracts can arrange that, but if you can take two years off (for a sabbatical or something) then it is unpaid.
