Hi everyone. My name is Amanda, but I also go by Mandie. I have a BA in Creative Writing with an emphasis on fiction with a World Lit Minor and a Master's in Library Science with an emphasis on services to youth. I published my first picture book - Race Day Blues - under Mandie Schrader back in 2018. More recently, I co-wrote a script with my friends Dani Julian and Vincent van Hinte - Black Dog and Rebel Rose - and the novelization of that script was released last summer. I am in the process of rebranding my story editing business, Mandieland Literary, and am currently working on a few new writing projects as well as learning the ropes of being a screenreader. I love fiction and have a soft spot for Young Adult books, folk tales, and fairy tales. I am excited to connect with other like-minded creatives.
