Welcome to the community, Richard Hurst. You're in the perfect place to get your work in front of the right people. My biggest tip is to build relationships/network in the Lounges (www.stage32.com/lounge), the Browse Section (www.stage32.com/browse), and the Writers' Room (www.stage32.com/writers-room).
And here's a great blog about navigating Stage 32 for your best experience: https://www.stage32.com/blog/navigating-stage-32-for-your-best-experienc...

Maurice Vaughan gave you some great resources to start. I would add something that Jordan Peele said: “If you put your truth out there, however specific it feels, however much you feel like, ‘This is just me. No one else is going to relate to this. No one is going to care.’ That’s not the case. People are drawn to truth like magnets in art....”
Happy New Year!
Jordan Peele has some great advice, Dane Johnson! He's one of my favorite directors.
