Any suggestions on securely sharing a script that doesn't allow download? I was told there are apps that let others read, but not download your script/screenplay.
I believe you can do this in googledrive! Not sure if it depends on the file type or if there are loopholes - but if you share a file that's in GoogleDrive, open the file, click "Share", then the gear icon for settings (top right), then uncheck where it says that viewers can see the "download" options
With my writing I like to share tidbits on social media. To see what the audiences’ reaction is. It can be tricky securing your work. Remember that a magician never reveals his secret.

you can open the settings of the script file and set the "read-only" mode.

Thank you!
Craig, I was told by legal the safe way is to have it readable, but not downloadable. :)
