Hello Everyone as Happy Saturday!
My name is Michelle Mary Schaefer, I'm an Actor, Screenwriter, Director, Producer, DASL who happens to be Deaf. I'm fluent in ASL with the ability to speak. I do not allow my Deafness stop me from following my passions.
I have written a complete TV Series, all 11 episodes which I'm looking for Production Companies, Studios, Network to greenlight this projects.
I also have written a Feature Film, which will be an award winning project. I'm currently working on attaching an Oscar Winner as the Director. The next step would be Film Funding, as if you are interest in helping me greenlight this project then contact me.
I have been working extremely hard and need to be around passionate, folks who dedicated and are doers that is serious about representation matters, and authenticity onscreen. It's time for our voice/stories to come onscreen as let's make it happen together.
As I mentioned, I'm also an Actor in both Theatre and Film which I'm always looking for roles-- to challenge and keep myself as a versatile Actor taking on all kinds of challenges/roles.

Yes, I do have the complete script and pitch deck for both projects.
TV SERIES: was my 2010 unfinished film script which I picked it up and wrote it into a web series in 2016. Then oscar winner for best editing loved it and several folks as well suggested me to make it into a TV Series so I rewrote it and added more episodes with outlining Season Two and Three. So I have been working on that for years. And really hope that it's going to be pick up because it's written by a Deaf Screenwriter with a true diverse cast, and very authentic.
FEATURE FILM: is my 2021 script that is very very close to my heart for a lot of reason. It's such a profound story that will be an award-winning-film.
I have had folks interested, but then they disappeared which I find it so common. So, I'm here looking for REAL and dedicated folks that are serious about the industry and projects. I know I cannot do it alone, which I look forward working with others to see those two projects bloom and be onscreen!
