Hi guys.
Your opinions and advice would be much appreciated here please.
I have got three separate pitch sessions for 16/4, 24/4 and 30/4 but over the weekend, an LA film producer expressed interest in my feel-good romances and has asked my agent to contact him - should I mention this at each of my pitches?
I want to do everything properly!
Than you!

Congratulations on the producer expressing interest in your books, Julie Georgina Shackman! I've never been in that situation, but I don't see any harm in mentioning the producer during the pitches. Hope the Pitch Sessions go great!

I will - thank you! On reflection, I think I will keep things simple and uncomplicated and not mention agents or other producer interest, as per M LaVoie

Thanks Jeff - I mentioned the interest yesterday to the first exec I have pitched to and he was glad I did put it out there, so will def so that for the others as well.

Thank you Alexandra Shields - I have another two pitches scheduled - one for Sunday and one for Tuesday, so fingers crossed for these too. Thank you so much for your kind and encouraging words.

When you mention your pitches don’t make it the first statement. Introduce yourself and start with listening. Then it’s a short and sweet presentation.
