Hi Paul, Welcome to Stage 32! I find this platform to be a great way to get to know what other creatives are up to these days. However, people seem to be so busy with their lives that it is difficult to nurture relationships and keep in contact with each other. With that said id like to know what your experience is with the platform.
Nice to meet you, Paul Grunert. Stage 32 is definitely worth frequenting. I've met so many creatives and industry professionals, I've build a ton of industry relationships/friendships, I've received a lot of jobs, and I've learned so much on here. The best way to network here on Stage 32, is just to put yourself out there by posting, commenting, and connecting with people from all over the world. The best networking comes out of building genuine relationships. You can start by checking out the Acting Lounge where you can join discussions with other performers, pose questions that you may have, provide advice or insights, and share news/announcements that interest you.
You can find the lounge through the toolbar at the top of your browser window. Simply click on "Lounge", which will direct you to a new page listing all of the current lounges available to you. Then select "Acting". I hope to see you over there!

Welcome to Stage 32, Paul. I don't think it matters either way, whether you're an actor, a retired teacher, a construction worker... There's always a place to push the restart button, so to speak.
