I'm kind of new to this, but I've written a couple of feature length screenplays that I would love to turn into movies. I was curious on how one goes about getting literary representation for screenplays and directing? Would love anyone's advice or help!

Welcome to the community, Jeffrey Dallet. Stage 32 has a great Filmmaking/Directing Lounge (www.stage32.com/lounge/directing) that'll help you turn your scripts into movies.
I don't know if directors have literary representation, but here are some ways screenwriters get agents and managers:
1) Build relationships/network with agents and managers. That's how I got a manager way back.
2) Have a portfolio of writing samples. That's also how I got a manager.
3) Pitch to managers through Stage 32's Pitch Sessions (www.stage32.com/scriptservices/pitch-sessions).
4) Send email query letters to agents and managers. You can search for agents and managers in the Stage 32 Browse Members Section (www.stage32.com/people) and on IMDbPro (https://pro.imdb.com/signup/index.html?u=http%3A%2F%2Fpro.imdb.com%2F).
5) Win screenwriting contests that get you in meetings with agents and managers, like the Stage 32 contests (www.stage32.com/scriptservices/contests).

I'll check out the filmmaking/Directing lounge as well as the other avenues you've outlined in this message. Also thanks for welcoming me to the community! This really helps out a lot. I hope you're having a great Sunday!

Jeffrey Dallet, you're welcome! You're certainly in the right place at stage 32!
You're welcome, Jeffrey Dallet. I'm having a great Sunday. I met a lot of people during Introduce Yourself Weekend, rested, and got caught up on one of my favorite shows ("Abbott Elementary"). Hope you're having a great Sunday as well.
