Introduce Yourself : Theodora Oniceanu: Writer, Poet and Playwright, Graphic Designer and Artist by Teodora Oniceanu

Hello there everyone,

I am Theo, a writer who took off as a poet and showed herself as an artist as well in 2013, and ever since worked on two sets, one of Design and Visual Arts, the other one of writing. I studied English and French languages and literature, and Sociology and Social studies to refresh my memory and complete some gaps. The Graphic Design part of my education I took mostly on my own, occasionally attending classes organised by different professional groups and learning either at work or by myself, at home.

Ever since I began publishing my work ideas started to flow. So I became a part-time artist and writer revealed as a published poet in 2018 with titles like "Time Files", "Prism Tears" & "In T[I'm]", "Moons of Amaterasu" and the "Phantomaniacs" series followed by the modular plays titled "Trolleo and Henriette" and "Interview with the Blue Door" now releasing two other lighter ones written in English, "Noir", projected as a play with three other languages versions, French, Romanian and Spanish, and "A Change of Hearts". They are part of a project I titled "BSB reading habits and Reading in public spaces" for which I'm also conducting a survey.

As a visual artist, I am active in small groups and as a poet, I am still playing my part in various formations. My life is led mostly in Transylvania where I was born and from where I extract as much inspiration as I can. It's a peaceful place to lead a life as a writer and work on education and art.
