So very thorough and addresses all the nuances of screenwriting. My screenwriting mentor recommended it and it has really paid off. My first script was awarded a finalist and quarter finalist laurel in two festivals so far. I still refer to it and I will still reread parts of it. It may help u as well.

Thanks @Sheldon! This was actually the first screenwriting book I ever picked up, such a great - always loved the worksheets in it for when you're building out your characters and stories early on. Would definitely recommend that Stage 32 education Sam mentioned, the labs are a great way to put Trottier's lessons into action!
