Hi everyone. I'm from the LA area and am a freelance music and cannabis journalist, published in the LA Times, LA Weekly, OC Weekly, and High Times Magazine, among others. I completed the first rough draft of my screenplay, based on a book about a 1980s shock rock band named The Mentors. It is based on a true story and I'm collaborating with the author, who was in the band. I am seeking anyone interested in punk rock, heavy metal, stoner culture, true stories, music biopics, and dark comedies to link up with for advice, tips, suggestions, or simply a conversation.
