It all depends on the script, characters, stakes and approach but I don't see why not. The Mighty Quinn was filmed in Jamaica and was a terrific cops & robbers movie. Not sure your exact take a tone but it's an awesome location for a crime drama. Wishing you luck with it!

Ryan Thomas I agree with Sam Sokolow. And I think a "CSI" type of film set in the Caribbean would be exciting and really visual.
