Great article. And despite the doubts that I (and many SAG-AFTRA brethren) had about Fran going into negotiations, I feel she redeemed herself at the press conference yesterday.

No doubt, Matthew Cornwell. She rose to the occasion and seized the moment. I particularly love that she admitted that the AMPTP played her with the extension just to buy time to promote their films over the 4th of July weekend. Great leader.

Totally agreed. I am so impressed with Fran off yesterday's press conference. Such passion, honesty, clarity and gravity. And this is a terrific interview with her and Duncan Crabtree-Ireland. Thanks for sharing this with the community Richard "RB" Botto!
