Hi all!
I need a bit of advice. My team and I are looking to hire a writing team to help us finalize our pilot. We've got the bulk done as far as guts, but want a pro or pro team to finish it. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get a sense of what to pay a pro or pro team?
Thanks!
Joshua

I would ask for writing samples. Then negotiate with the people you want to work with. I have capacity and would polish a 60 min pilot for $6k USD.

Might take a look at the most recent WGA minimums as a guage

If this is pay, say $5000+, I would call legit Managers of tv writers and ask them who is available. Business auditions for you. GL!

I can but need to know more parameters about what you are looking for and what you are willing to pay. My advice go with an Indie Writer.

You could post an ad in the Job Section (www.stage32.com/find-jobs), Joshua Mayer. You could also search for writers in the Browse Members Section (www.stage32.com/people).
You should hire indie/non-WGA screenwriters since the WGA strike is going on. There are pro indie screenwriters. The price will vary based on how much rewriting is needed. The thousands range is common.
