I thought, when I moved to the Sacramento area a few years ago from Georgia that I'd no longer have to worry about tropical storm watches and warnings. I reckon I was wrong. Oh, well.
Anyways, since our last Introduce Yourself I've created a podcast to showcase my writing. It's called Stories That Suck, available on Spotify, You Tube, Amazon, Apple, Google, and iHeart. Here's a link to the latest episode, uploaded today to Spotify:
https://spotifyanchor-web.app.link/e/xt4we4dnnCb
If the link doesn't work you can search for Stories That Suck on any of the above sites and it should come up for you. I'm deliberately going for a bit of a low tech vibe, just so you know. I hope you'll give it a listen, and spreading the word would be awesome!
Have a great weekend!

So true, J. Franklin Evans, about the tropical storm watch here in Nor Cal. What brought you to the west coast? I spent a few days in Savannah in 2021. Really enjoyed my stay there.
Congrats on creating your own hosted podcast!

Thanks, Ty Strange ! I came out here when the company I was working for in Georgia closed. I have a close friend who lives in this area and she suggested I come out there so we can be in the same city again (like when we were in Savannah before). I didn't see any reason not to, so here I am!

J. Franklin Evans hi Jeffrey, I’ve only ever experienced one tropical storm in my life and that was when my wife and I went to Shanghai a few years ago. It was quite a shock to the system, for a couple from England! I’ll check out the podcast.
